2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and situations are not eligible for refunds:
Used or Consumed Content: Once digital content, such as virtual currency, character customization items, or other consumables, has been used or consumed within the game, it is non-refundable.
Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for purchases made in the game if you simply change your mind or decide you no longer want the item.
Promotional Offers: Items purchased during promotional events or at discounted rates are not eligible for refunds unless the conditions mentioned in Section 1 apply.
